Caren Z. Turner, a Democratic lobbyist from Tenafly, has resigned as a commissioner from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, after an investigation was opened into what agency officials would only describe as "profoundly disturbing conduct."
Officials would not disclose the circumstances, but two sources with knowledge of the investigation said it involved her intervention in a recent traffic stop in connection with her daughter. Both said Turner apparently flashed her Port Authority badge in an effort to intercede with police officers on the scene.

So, I read this far, “Both said Turner apparently flashed her”, and figured I knew where this story was going.
Then they threw me a curve ball with the rest of the sentence, “Port Authority badge in an effort to intercede with police officers on the scene.”
I think the bridges and tunnels connecting NYC with NJ are something like $15 per trip.Then there are the airports.I’ll bet that there are billions that flow through the Chairman’s hands each year.
Man those cops deserve a medal for restraint!

Now if this had happened under Chris Christie, the MSM-Democrats would be working 24/7 to connect this Caren Z. Turner directly to the Governor's office, and once that connection was made, would be directly linking the Governor to this particular corrupt act.
Mizz Turner, a bit of advice. I wouldn’t be drinking and driving any time soon. The cops can crank down pretty hard on those handcuffs.
