Roger Stone, a former Trump campaign ally, responded to the Democratic National Committees Russia collusion lawsuit Monday, telling it to preserve its databases, records and servers for inspection.
[We] intend to test the basic underlying claims that Russians hacked, stole, and disseminated DNC data, rather than the various other plausible scenarios, including internal theft, wrote Robert Buschel, an attorney representing Mr. Stone, in a letter to the DNCs lawyers.
Mr. Stone is one of the more than a dozen defendants listed in the suit filed Friday, which says Russian intelligence officials, WikiLeaks and allies of Donald J. Trump worked together to hack the DNCs emails to elevate Donald Trump during the 2016 election.

Since no one else seems to be able to produce Hillary’s deleted emails, will this be the entre’ to bring in Julian Assange to reveal the whole story? Seth Rich is unavailable for comment.
They are doing it for money from the foolish rabble and to keep it alive for the election in November.
They know it isn’t going anywhere.
The #RussiaCollusionHoax, however, may be too far along if the timing is believed on target with a summer of Rat discontent and frog marching among their brethren.
“Wont the transfer speeds of the files prove the emails were copied on site rather than hacked across the web, whichever web that might be?”
Former senior NSA officials have concluded the transfer speeds did not take place over the internet but through an internal downloading device.
It’s a big Rat problem. Even the commies at Mother Jones realized they had been had and balked when that information got out.
Seems to me, that evidence might short circuit the DNC’s lawsuit, which is dependent on someone hacking their server.
But then, I’m not a blood-sucking attorney, so what do I know?
Gitmo has been expanded. They are lining up JAG officers. I think the route they are going is military tribunals. They are going to try this under UCMJ me thinks. Classify them as acts of war and go from there. Easier to do given the crux of this is passing secrets to the enemy in a time of national emergency, than try it in the court system.
Before this is over, a couple of SCOTUS judges may end up swinging too.
“Seems to me, that evidence might short circuit the DNCs lawsuit, which is dependent on someone hacking their server.”
It’s a long laundry list on the deficiencies of the Mueller counterintel probe. Every day we seem to learn about more problematic actions and the premise is faulty, fraudulent or both.
This thing is going to a fiery death IMHO but the Deep State has this one last Michael Cohen intel operation going and is going to try and ride it to victory.
It’s bothering me to no end but that can be short-circuited as most if not all of it.
This is why Rudy was brought on board IMHO. He knows how to navigate this and can tell Mueller it’s time to unplug this or see it come crashing down on his head. Literally.
Two different matters.
They expect a jury trial in DC with a bunch of democrat lovers rendering the verdict.
That's what they did to Scooter Libby.
This will NOT go to trial. Here’s a partial witness list for the defendants:
— Hillary
— Obama
— Lynch
— Blabbermouth Schultz
— Various former DNC IT people
— Brazille
— Comey
and on and on. These people can’t afford to take the stand under oath and submit to any questions which aren’t prearranged, like with the media. The thing is, if Hillary refuses to be deposed, the case is essentially over.
Because the DNC was told to “preserve” the servers rather than being raided and the servers taken, the servers will not be preserved. They will go missing or a tornado will touch down on the parking lot where they will have been stored and totally destroy them. Mrs Bill showed that this is a legitimate response as there is no penalty for it.
