Mohammed, the driver of the van that mowed down 8 – 10 people in Toronto has made a statement to Toronto police saying that he became irrationally incensed because of recent inflammatory Islamophobic rantings by the pastor of the Peace & Joy non-denominational Christian Church located in Montreal.
The pastor of Peace & Joy, Edwin Calm, has been arrested by Montreal police and is being held in police custody until a line-up for positive identification can be arranged so as not to inconvenience Mr. Mohammed, who is recuperating from his ordeal at his residence in Toronto.”
