WASHINGTON Maybe Hillary asked for this one.
From now on, before she makes a statement, she might try considering how actor James Woods might respond on Twitter.
Fridays editions of the New York Times, contained an article headlined: They were never going to let me be president.
[...snip...]
When Woods saw that, he came up with one of his masterpiece responses, currently being re-tweeted thousands of times across the Twitter universe.
You couldnt beat 1.) a dope-smoking block party organizer. 2) a dandruff ridden old Commie from Vermont. 3) a reality TV host. Its not they who stopped you, Honey Bunny, its YOU!

Trump was the curve ball the Democrats couldn’t figure out how to hit.
I thought Trump used the Russians to win the presidency? That's all the media's been talking about since before he took office. Even Hillary and the DNC think it was the Ruskies. And now I find out Trump won because of some Tweedy bird? I guess I should switch cable news channels for some more fair and balanced news reports, huh? :-)
My attempt at humor aside, yeah, I get all that about Trump. Good for him and good for the country that he won. Like I said, someone with a big ego and too much time on their hands.
But you miss my point. I'm not Trump. How the fact that Trump uses Twitter effectively as president translates into an imperative that I and all other FReepers should use this Twitter, escapes me. I don't even do Facebook or any social media stuff.
I'm a 70 year old retired cattle farmer in rural Florida enjoying my life with no drama. I can only imagine how much more satisfying my life would be if I was Twittering some profound revelation out to the world between mending the barbed wire fences, putting the baled hay up in the barn or dragging the pastures after a rain to break up the manure piles.
Not to speak of all the time it would take to run back and forth to my computer to do these tweets. Talk about nonproductive. I barely even do TV anymore, so Twitter isn't even in the cards.
Trust me. I don't spend any time wondering what I am missing in the world. Because it will find me soon enough.
You can be involved or not. Same as here. The choice is yours. You could just be JAFO like a lot of us.
I leave it to you to figure out JAFO to your liking.
...instead of standing around being JAFO.
I disagree. Dad and little brother could weather the adversarial media. I doubt Jeb could. McCain couldn't and he had more fight in him than Jeb.
That's the weird thing. Of all people, Hillary would know who "they" are! Why didn't she simply say who "they" are?
I agree with you there. Everyone else was a variation of same ol’ same ol’. Hillary could stump against that in her sleep. Trump wasn’t a game changer, he was a sport changer. “We’re not boxing, Hillary! I’m not taking a dive! It’s a marathon now! It’s all about energy!”
Maybe James Woods could tweet out an answer as to who THEY are or a real reporter could ask her outright. Inquiring minds are still inquiring!
Clever reply.
“That’s a typo, right? You meant parties, right? : D”
Depends...
James Woods has an extremely high IQ and is considered one of the smartest human being on the planet. Love him!!
Like Juan McStain, JEB! would have been the designated loser by the UniParty.
