This not only needs to be passed, the Supreme Court needs to strike down many of the gun grabbing restrictions in many states and furthermore EVERY state should be required to be a “WILL ISSUE” state instead of may issue.

This isn’t something the states retained for themselves. The 2nd Amendment’s “Shall not be infringed” is quite clear.
