‘Under the law’
The law is inoperative when it comes to the anti-Trump coup. In case you hadn’t noticed, when it comes to destroying Trump anything goes.
It is still the law, and it still applies.
But if you’ve given up on that concept, feel free to move to a place where the law is equally applied to everyone. BTW, please let us know where that might be.
