Yes, I agree with that and it is what I have said, that his recusal is from anything to do with the campaigns of 2016.

The other poster says he recused himself from anything to do with Hillary Clinton. That is not true, based on his recusal letter.

What the other poster is saying is true. Hillary is directly "related" to the campaign of 2016. All of her maters are related. Uranium One, Clinton Foundation...etc.

But then Sessions directed DOJ personnel to investigate Uranium One and the Clinton Foundation.

If he were recused from Hillary Clinton, he would not do that.

BOMBSHELL: Confidential Informant Claims Obama Was Briefed on Uranium One
TruthFeed.com ^ | October 26, 2017 | BY EREN MORENO / / FR Posted by b4its2late

A confidential informant has confirmed that the FBI’s report documenting Russia’s uranium crimes was included in Obama’s daily briefing. The lawyer for the confidential informant who helped the FBI gather evidence that Russian nuclear officials engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion, and money laundering, says that her client was told that the FBI’s report documenting the crimes was included in former President Barack Obama’s daily briefing.

Victoria Toensing confirmed to Fox News’ Sean Hannity on Tuesday night that it appears as though Robert Mueller, Rod Rosenstein, James Comey, Barack Obama, and Eric Holder all knew about the FBI evidence that Russian officials were engaged in criminal activities to corner the market on uranium. “My client was told this information,” Toensing said. “Now whether the Bureau was bluffing, I don’t think so, because they were very specific, they said ‘the briefing made it into President Obama’s daily briefing papers’ so I don’t think they made that up.”

Toensing proceeded to say that with all the new information that has come to light in recent weeks about the Uranium One deal that a special counsel is needed to further conduct a criminal investigation. Toensing may have gotten her wish as Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) called for the DOJ to appoint a special counsel to investigate the Uranium One deal on Tuesday.
