As part of discovery the DNC would have to make available all DNC and campaign documents. I doubt that Russia would respond to the suit or any request for disclosure. Same for WikiLeaks.

you are missing the point, they are trying to cause volatility in the stock markets to influence the November election.. the lawsuit is a farce and the democrats know it.
