There’s the conspiracy to defraud, i.e., paying for the dossier, there are the leaks from the admin, there is the improper “money laundering” to allow donors to donate in excess of limitations, and that’s just a start. Those counterclaims come with discovery of their own. The server, there reasons for refusing to turn the server over, and Seth Rich, are just the start of the counter discovery.
