This is the MINIMUM list. There are probably two or three dozen others that need to be called, and yes... Barack Hussein Obama is DEFINITELY on the radar, though he does have a lot of executive privilege that he can most probably claim...BUT...just for now! If there are issues in which he can definitely be proved to have invoked direct collusion then he's FAIR GAME. But that's after all the depositions have been conducted.
If I were one of the John Does on this suit, I would make DAMN SURE than this suit does NOT GET DROPPED. Once you are sued, then they have the CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to PREVENT THE SUIT FROM BEING DROPPED. I don't think the DNC thought this through, but I really wish Mark Levin would get involved in this.
