“Who is more likely to abuse it, governments or private parties? I suggest governments are more likely to abuse it.”

When I as a civilian can go on the web and watch your every move outdoors then I would say that is a bigger problem than the government doing it. One example would be for criminals to monitor your movements in order to determine when to rob your house or rape your wife. But there are many more ways in which this would be abused. It gives every citizen the ability to become big brother.

No one, not even governments, hasthat ability yet, at least not from satellites. Satellites have to orbit.

But nearly everyone has the ability to target a specific house with drones, which only cost about a thousand dollars.

The price is dropping fast.
