I went to school there for several weeks a decade ago.
Super peaceful beautiful Rose City - no police sirens, safe everywhere you went.

Current events indicate Toulouse and France don’t have much more time.

I would’ve liked to visit Europe while it was still European.
It’s mostly gone now...

I visited Toulouse four years ago. What a lovely, peaceful city it was then. The locals were so friendly and accommodating to the point of indulging my “southern” French accent.

I hate to read of this event. It makes me so sad to see France and many areas of Europe collapse.

Barbarians in the gates indeed.

“Current events indicate Toulouse and France don’t have much more time.”

That’s what I’m thinking. At some point, soon, France will simply not be able to put-down the rioters and they will start taking control of real estate. At that point their existence as a Western country will be in doubt.
