I believe that is true, also. Too early to go looking for the "treaty". Do you have the citation handy?

Considering my nephew is a Captain in the 101st and I served myself during the Cold War, I would like to think I know what the cost is. In truth, the war is against Islam and the grandchildren I don’t even have will be fighting them in a forever war.
