Back in 1987, 15 missionaries in Kenya were accused of being part of a $100 million KKK plot to overthrow seven African countries, beginning with Kenya.

Two couples were deported within 12 hours and a third couple within 24 hours.

Thankfully, the rest of us were not jailed but given a week to leave the country. We sold or gave away all our things then after a week the Government of Kenya returned our passports and said, “You can go back to work.” I guess things like this “just kinda go with the territory!”

Please pray for Pastor Brunson and his family! He is from a local church and several of our mission’s staff are friends of his.

Kenya is not Turkey. Erdogan the Islamist is the Dictator of Turkey since his super powers were granted.

Guess tomorrow the word may come out stating what he was sentenced to. There is NO rule of law in Turkey, whatever Erdogan says is the law. No judge will dare cross him, he will be removed immediately if he does and another will replace him and do Erdogan's bidding. Erdogan will not release the pastor without tribute being paid.

Remember, “Brunson was not charged until after being imprisoned for 17 months without any evidence at all, and with no access to his file. In late March, Turkish prosecutors finally filed official charges and called for a life sentence of 35 years.”

And he has lost almost 50 lbs. while imprisoned.
