Still, I believe that man will come from Europe. And/or work for the United Nations in some form. He'll certainly be very welcome there.
If James Comey's "higher authority" isn't Hillary Clinton, I'd say there's a really, really, really good chance it's Obama. In fact, I'd say it's probably the primary chance of being the focus of his devotion.
