It also depends on what you post. GDP is not the same as GNP, which is the measure you referenced in your post 22. Also the figures you linked are adjusted for purchasing power. Actual GDP tells a different story.

Nominal GDP only works when you have a floating currency, which China doesn’t. I know we feel like the Romans in the 4th Century AD and are convinced that NO ONE can ever defeat us...but in this case China’s simply pulling away now.
