Spiez is a world renowned biochemical laboratory with impeccable credentials.
Those facts are not in dispute.
Where exactly did the OPCW get those samples from? Were they taken from the Skripals directly?

The results from the Swiss lab have not been independently reported. It is only Moscow that is reporting them. You’d think the French, Germans and others would report them as well. They haven’t.
