Comey has admitted that he reopened the Clinton e-mail investigation in Oct 2016 because he thought she was going to win the election.
He claims he did it so her election would look ‘legitimate’, but it sounds more like he did it to have some leverage over her.
I think his whole book deal is a way of collecting a ton of money to hire the team of lawyers he will need to stay out of prison.
