If all those stealthy new missiles hit their targets at chemical weapons plants....where are all the dead bystanders? Wouldn’t these explosions create huge clouds of toxic gases?

So you are saying all the components (unknown?) are inert, but still, are spread in giant circles around each target after the dust settled. I admit I don’t know enough, but there are some questions I haven’t heard asked.
