Now we have so called conservatives advocating drug use.

Really? Never heard of a conservative advocating drug use. I've heard of plenty advocating legalization, or, at least, de-escalation of the "war on drugs" which has shredded the US Constitution twelve ways from Sunday, but I've never heard a single conservative advocate drug use. You must hang out with a different crowd than me.

I am a lifelong conservative in ultra-lefty-land. I do not recall knowing of such so-called conservatives either.

I have known persons who claim to be Christians who are such, but that is not at all the same thing.

Both of my siblings destroyed their lives with drugs; I never felt even slightly tempted.
