I know. I can’t believe this witch hunt is taking place in the USA. It should be terrifying to anyone paying attention
It is terrifying. There was a time when I would not have believed that the US could engage in Soviet style fake charges and political character assassination. The fact that this is going on and supposed “caring” liberals are cheering it on tells me that we have gone a long way towards brutal dictatorship.
I've been terrified for the past 30 years, watching as my beloved country moved inexorably toward totalitarian-style government. Problem: I don't think most voters have been paying attention, or maybe they just don't care.
