I see S-400’s all over the Middle East now. Hard to say they’re a paper tiger, particularly after they shot down that Israeli jet.
Except it wasn't the S-400 that shot down the Israeli jet.
The only country in the Middle East claiming to have S-400's is Algeria and there is no evidence for it.
