The national ACLU proudly listed the 9 amendments in the Bill of Rights in their building in Washington, D.C.!

Clue: There was no Second Amendment listed.

Dershowitz is stupid enough to believe that the ACLU used to defend civil liberties.

Dershowitz was raised as a leftist and was fed Leftist talking points all his life.

He did not see the ACLU was working hard to bring down America with its lawsuits. He thought they were defending the Constitution.

But they only did so (nationally) when it benefited the Progressive agenda.
