Nerve agents are not gaseous, but the photos depict a compressed gas cylinder. It’s possible that it dispenses a droplet fog, but the man is not wearing a rubber suit; just street clothes and an old Soviet “aardvark mask”.
News reports I saw said nothing about nerve agents - they reported chlorine gas.
Good catch.
I saw a video of some white helmets, they do not look like medical people. The “white helmets” that I saw are wearing scruffy, dirty plain clothes and nothing like any uniforms that emts would wear. They looked like they could be street fighters wearing white helmets.
So Assad is the bad guy. Can anyone tell me who the good guys are supposed to be? Who are we supposed to be fighting with to depose Assad? Should it be Al Nusra, ISIS, Al Quaeda or who? There doesn’t seem to be one group that we can stand by. It is really suspicious that we have not come up with a group that we can name as being the “good guys” and there is no official spokesman for the “good guys” that we are supposed to be defending.
What is the war with Syria all about anyway? Does it have any connection to the “Arab Spring” that began in 2111? The first government that was overturned was Egypt, the second one Tunisia and the third Libya and then on to Syria. Egypt was ruled by Mubarrek for many years, Tunisia had a moderate secular government, Khaddaffi had a secular government and Assad had a secular government. All of these leaders were strong nationalist leaders who had been in power for a long time. It looks like NATO wanted a new team. Out with the strong nationalists in with the jihadists?
