Yes many did say it was sarin - why? I think it’s to wind us up. I never did think it was sarin last year. But it is clear there was a chemical attack. And it’s clear we had proof it was Assad.
I deliberately avoid being manipulated into thinking things people want me to think when it’s opinion without proof. That’s why I hesitate to believe the latest chemical attack was a false flag just because people with no evidence want me to. I don’t know that it was Assad either but it looks more like that to me than false flag.

Note that the false flag mantra sets Trump supporters against Trump. Maybe that’s exactly what the people deliberately or inadvertently spreading the false flag idea want. Part of it is twisting Mattis saying they have no proof it was sarin. They leave out the fact it was a chemical attack, they have proof of it, but it wasn’t sarin. They are being deceptive. That kind of thing happening always raises a huge red flag with me.
Sarin gas was an absolute lie in 2017. We bombed because of sarin gas. But the larger point is that it was Isis Chlorine gas in an Isis factory. Mattis says there was NO EVIDENCE that the gas in 2017 was from Syria!!! NONE. And we bombed!!!! I think Mattis is the voice of credibility advising and has stopped Trumps “rush to judgment” especially based on the error of 2017 where we bombed and then it turned out not to be Syria.
I heard this morning something very important not known before. Newt Gingrich was on Fox and said that “Syria has now secured the area from the jihadis” and “an international chemical weapons inspection team is on its way and that Trump was going to wait for the evidence . THANK YOU MR.PRESIDENT.
