Yeah, well, Hitler pretty much thought Russia could be defeated by Christmas of 1941.

The Soviets had more tanks than the rest of the world combined in 41'. Hundreds of them were T-34's and KV-1's that the Germans had no counter for.

Yet they still took Minsk in a week and almost took Moscow and Leningrad.

Russia has inherited a few scraps from the Soviet military and they haven't been performing as advertised for decades now.

And if you looked at the state of our Military in 1938, we would have been easy pickings then.

But you saw how quickly we ramped up, and Russia could certainly do the same.
