Russian foreign ministry - U.S 'smart missiles' should target terrorists

The Russian Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday that U.S. “smart missiles” should be aimed at terrorists, and not at the Syrian government, as it commented on U.S. President Donald Trump’s warning of a missile strike in Syria.

“Smart missiles should fly towards terrorists, and not towards the lawful government which has been fighting international terrorism on its territory for several years,” Maria Zakharova, spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, wrote on Facebook.

Trump on Wednesday warned of a forthcoming response to suspected chemical weapons attack in Syria, declaring that “smart” missiles will be coming and blasting Moscow for standing by Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.

Zakharova said that a possible U.S. missile strike could be an attempt to destroy evidence of an alleged chemical weapon attack in the Syrian town of Douma.

On Syria, and false-flag gas attacks.

“Fools Rush In” by Malcolm Pollack
Here’s a disturbing pattern:
1) We lean toward a stand-down in Syria.
2) Spooks and hawks object.
3) A chemical-weapons attack is reported.

Syria has a history of using these weapons so it’s not surprising that they did it. Putin just thought he could immunize Assad with his awesomeness.

Fail!

1: Trump says we are pulling out of Syria.
2: Assad launches supposed chemical attack.
3: Trump orders attack on Syria.

See a connection?

Bingo. Assad and the SDF have the town in question surrounded and are negotiating the rebels surrender, but let’s launch a chemical attack..Yeah, that makes sense.

We shouldn’t be involved..
But chemical attacks shouldn’t be tolerated. There is no good side, especially the Russians. If Trump’s move includes bombing the crap out of the Russians ..fine. The Russians side with our enemies.

U.S 'smart missiles' should target terrorists

A real stupid thing to say. Al Queda, Nusra, ISIS are US/KSA assets which took years to develop, would the US target its own?

My take on the Syria mess.

Trump is a master of leverage. He has been gaining leverage on Putin for a while now and Putin is starting to weary of it.

His oligarch pals are losing $$$ fast and so is he.

I think Putin is ready to throw in the towel and abandon both Assad and the Iranian mullahs.

Putin realizes that he, along with Trump, are despised by the global deep-state.

They are engaged in a Kabuki dance now, look for the Iranian mullahs to be overthrown very soon and this will leave Assad pretty much alone without very aggressive Russian assistance...which will not be forthcoming.

There will be an arranged exchange of missiles and the rhetoric will become pretty wild for a day or two but I think this is all close to being finished.

Trump made two important tweets this morning, both were meant for Putin.

This one is the stick...

“Russia vows to shoot down any and all missiles fired at Syria. Get ready Russia, because they will be coming, nice and new and “smart!” You shouldn’t be partners with a Gas Killing Animal who kills his people and enjoys it!”

This one is the carrot...

“Our relationship with Russia is worse now than it has ever been, and that includes the Cold War. There is no reason for this. Russia needs us to help with their economy, something that would be very easy to do, and we need all nations to work together. Stop the arms race?”

You can discern what is going on from just these two tweets...

BTW: IMO, Gulf Cooperation Council special forces are on the ground in disguise as jihadi in both Syria and Iran and are working with Trump...they will take them down from the inside.

I predict Iran will once again become close to the US, as it was before the Iranian revolution....thank you Jimmy Carter, you damned fool!

Trump tried harder than anyone to be friends with putin. He couldn’t do it. The putinistas will stick with putin no matter what he does. They’re in love.

Funny how Trump announces troops are going to leave Syria and then, magically, there’s a “gas attack”? Remember when Oshitass said “no boots on the ground in Syria”?

Why would Syria do this especially when we’re leaving?? They wouldn’t because Syria didn’t do this. It’s a false flag to accelerate and stimulate a bigger war. Thanks all to those loving globalists...it’s for the children.

assad wants to break the will of those fighting him. He wants to show them the world doesn’t care and cannot do anything about his gassing of civilians. Granted, putin and assad have their fans; they will approv and rationalize any cruelty committed by assad and putin. They admire autocracy and peddle putin’s propaganda.

The Russians jammed the drones to prevent a full examination of what happened in Douma.

Russia has mainly fought rebels, not ISIS and barely Al Qaeda, more Russian lies,

Accuses UK of kidnapping Skripal's daughter, Russia, 142nd in the freedom of press index, nothing but lies.

They've also vetoed one probe in to that attack at the UN already, what a double-faced position by them.

Travis McGee again, spams an absolute lie, anyone aware of the news knows Qatar and Saudi Arabia are enemies. Propaganda.

Yes, Assad might have had reasons to bomb that place that was not giving up.

Russians vetoed one investigation already:

My guess is that we have intelligence that places responsibility for the gas attacks squarely on Syrian officials.

And if so, they didn’t learn their lesson last time. It should be a stronger attack this time.
