Too many people here have watched too many civil war movies and think it is going to be quick, easy, and reletively painless to them because the other side is supposedly all filled with AIDS-infected gay dudes and hipsters that could never figure out how to fire a gun themselves.

Our civil war was a anomaly in the history of those conflicts. Those things typically go on for decades and won’t have a clean line of what side is where.

The vast size and complexity of the territory does make it more likely that their could be warlords and splinter groups (perhaps cults) all over the place as central government broke down...

I just don’t see a “war plan” that would make any sense in the real world—and there is no point in starting a war without a workable plan for “victory”.

Even today, look at which side is quick to use violence. At rallies and protests, it's elements of the left who are punching people in their faces and smashing things. Our side, not so much. We tend to behave ourselves and stay out of trouble.

History has demonstrated that killing comes easy to the left and they're stocking up on guns as well. Plenty on the left know how to use them. Shooting a gun isn't hard if you have the will to pull the trigger.
