Gen. Dunford and Gen. Milley aren’t. Both are Ranger school Grads and Combat Commanders. Gen. Milley is a Green Beret. Both are legit Operators.

I dunno, seeing a fair amount of CIB’s on the army folks. The air force guys and gals all seem to be wing wipers, and the navy folks have a lot of surface warfare and dolphin badges. None of those are easy accomplishments.
