And there we go, right on cue, back to your birther obsession. Get over it. There was a peaceful transition of power 15 months ago and Barack Obama is no longer in office.

Back to the subject at hand. The person who approved the raid on Michael Cohen’s office is the Interim U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York Geoffrey S. Berman. May 5th is the deadline for Berman to be nominated by President Trump as the permanent U.S. Attorney. Berman was Rudy Guiliani’s law partner before Jeff Sessions chose him to be Interim U.S. Attorney. It will be interesting to see if the president still wants him after this raid.

That is weird. Another swamp thing, or is there something fishy about Michael Cohen?

You are the birther obsessed one. You bring it up constantly. I don’t.

The fact that Fogbow is your go-to site for information says more about you than you want it to. I.e.: it says you’re a radical Leftist.

One way you reveal your leftism is by your perennial blindness to the Grand Canyon of double standards we are witnessing. Trump has been treated completely opposite of the way your hero, Obama, was treated. The contrast couldn’t be more dramatic. Yet bc it’s the government doing it, you think it’s all good. You have worshipped government since you started posting on FR. After all, the government tilts decidedly Left, so from your POV, what’s not to like.

NG was wrong, as usual.

‘ABC News has learned that Geoffrey Berman, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, is recused from the Michael Cohen investigation. Two sources familiar with the matter tell ABC News Berman was not involved in the decision to raid Cohen’s office because of the recusal. The recusal was approved by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. The raid of Cohen’s handled by others in the office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York and approved by a federal judge.’
