It might be a bit of wack-a-mole but how about a little open season on Islamic terrorists? ISIS/Daesh/al-Nusra/etc. tend not to wear military uniforms, and they also love to mix in with the civilian population so as to ensure as much collateral damage as possible—and consequent local and international condemnation—when they are attacked...

Most mozlums are not terrorists, but most terrorists are mozlums. Especially in the US...how do you tell them apart?
