Manafort got a SWAT raid. I think SWAT raids should also be in order for Hillary, 0bama, Powers, Abedin, Jarrett, Mueller, Comey, Rosenstein, Koskinen, Lerner. These new SWAT raids need to be conducted from conservative LEO who have been up for days and staying awake from lots of coffee.

There are mountains of exceptions to warrantless searches and almost every appeals court will justify anything the cops do to allow an warrantless search. I’m a criminal defense attorney (about 90% federal work) and it’s extremely frustrating. I wish what you stated was correct, however. It would make my life MUCH easier!

I am pretty certain that the IRS did a very thorough audit on a foreign lobbyist like Manafort. I am also certain that he knew this and filed accordingly. Heinrich is making up laws as he goes along.
I found that one on Google but it still doesn’t make much sense unless it was when Sessions was a Fed Attorney, a position more than compatible with a Statist mindset and reinforcing of same.
Exactly - those who think the Constitution has a “Noble Cause” clause and it’s OK to break with the law in order to go after a real slime-ball (or do any number of “good deeds”) have no idea that they are aiding and abetting the Left that would take all our Freedoms away.
