I think the women/kids were food shopping, and the guys were trying to pick-up some small sidework jobs. Plus, Wal-Mart here has kiosks with mfgrs’ free food for the taking. Not many serious builders in that DIY place.

Occasionally I need help with heavy lifting-—I guess that’s the type of place people would find help.
(I have lots of kids and grandkids around-—but many don’t.)
