Failed presidential candidate Senator John McCain advised President Donald Trump to rejoin the Trans-Pacific partnership trade deal.
“It’s easy to punish China. It’s a lot harder to hold it truly accountable and change its behavior,” the senator wrote on Twitter. “That requires a real strategy and positive trade agenda, which is why the US should rejoin the #TPP11.”
TPP-11 is the new version of the free trade partnership in Asia after Trump withdrew from the deal because it wasn’t fair to the United States.
McCain criticized Trump for withdrawing from the TPP trade deal, during a May speech in Australia calling it a “serious mistake.”

In the twilight of Barry Goldwater’s existence, he was bedridden at home, and his much younger 2nd wife would hold court with reporters and tell them about the Senator’s views. It was thus that the Senator announced his surprising change on the legality of abortion, and a number of other things, all of which made headlines.
Of course Goldwater was never seen making these statements, you just had to assume that his wife was accurately expressing his sentiments. Which I doubt.
With McCain it could be the same thing. His wife, a staff member, who knows? Anyone with access to his twitter account and they wag the headlines.

By all rights, McCain’s endorsement should be TPP’s kiss of death.
There is only one of two reasons why this traitor could still be alive and talking.
1. He never had brain cancer
2. He has access to a cancer treatment that normal people do not have access to.
Since John McCain is so smart mentally, and able to hand out all this advice, why doesn’t
he get his ass in gear and get back to the Capital and return to work, a job he is and has been getting paid for while MIA AND ABSENT WITHOUT LEAVE..ops, he is on medical leave...since Dec. 1, 2017, when he was last seen in a wheel chair..
He must pay his staff well to come up with all these FAIRY TALES he is suppose to be saying, and a new book he is suppose to have written, yea, right.....No video’s of him making these comments??? wonder why?

I believe this is a “Weekend At McCain’s” type deal. He’s dead and someone is tweeting etc in his name. McConnell and the rino leaders want his “vote”.

I think it was a con. IMO McCain is avoiding the heat and awkward questions by hiding out.
