Oddly, the whole “Gun Show Loophole” lie has nothing to do with guns and 2A. They’re actually going after 1A’s Freedom of Assembly.

Gun laws don’t change because you call the event a “gun show.” So there is NO LOOPHOLE, that’s a blatant lie. What really gets the lib-tard’s knickers in a bunch is that gun shows give law-abiding gun-owners a venue to meet and sell and trade guns amongst themselves, without a licensed firearms merchant being involved in the process. So there’s no paperwork trail. But that’s no different from a non-commercial gun deal made between two individuals in the alley in back of the Dew-Drop-In. In both cases, both parties must adhere to the full measure of the law.

There is NO loophole. But the lib-tard’s response is an attempt to violate gun-owner’s rights to assemble.

Yep. I was at a gun show some years ago when one single otherwise honest individual made a mistake of not filling out one form of the required federal paperwork.

He was set up by a straw buyer and the federalists were on him like white on rice. Don't think for a minute that these jack wagons do not attend every major gun show.

The whole point of this charade was to put fear into everyone in the show who might even consider not filling out a required federal form.
