I knew the ban would be upheld, but I held out hope that the flagrantly despotic enforcement notice would be struck down.

No such luck. Damn, this state blows.

.
The judge is wrong and needs to be removed for his deep disregard for the constitution, and for the safety of the people.

Free to ban?! On what grounds?!

Guess we can write laws to ban Mosques now for safety purposes.

‘‘scope of the personal right to ‘bear arms’ under the Second Amendment.’’

Next week it’ll be handguns and the week after that it will be “dangerous sniper rifles” (Bolt-guns)

How sad that the Cradle of Liberty has sunk to such a low point. Of course not all in Colonial America were Patriots, many were neutral and many were Tories.

Another judge redefining the constitution. Should be impeached.

Can anybody tell me which part of the Second Amendment talks about the “scope” of our personal Right to bear Arms?

I’m not going to obey these unconstitutional judges or any unconstitutional laws they attempt to impose on me.

To Hell with them.

... assault weapons and large capacity magazines banned by the state in its 1998 law fall outside the ‘‘scope of the personal right to ‘bear arms’ under the Second Amendment.

The hell they do!

These types of cases have already been decided in DC vs Heller. Who is it that is going to enforce the law? DOJ needs to go after these judges and states for violating our civil rights.

Fine, then television falls outside of the scope protected by free speech. Let’s draw imaginary lines based on nothing and call it “scope”.

Really? Where is it written that only certain guns are allowed under the 2n’d amendment?

If our Congress gave a damn about our rights as citizens, they’d file impeachment charges against this monster today.

Every weapon is my birthright.
"Who are the militia? Are they not ourselves? Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man against his own bosom. Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birthright of an American… The unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments, but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people."
