That is TOTAL BS. Sure, it may be happening in the rest of the country, but MY public school, the one that I send my little kids to is just WONDERFUL! It cannot happen here, not at MY public school.

Supporting the Education tax bond, and property taxes, has convinced me that many mostly single mothers, have utter contempt for their own public school children.
