I've seen this argument made on FR. I am tired of it. This was decided long ago and not as you think in United States v. Wong Kim Ark. And there is no way any current Federal Court will rule otherwise. Period. End of statement. She was born in the United States. She is a natural born citizen. So please just stop smoking weed and get real.
