If they want to keep people in hysterics over these weather events, they have to come up with a new ominous sounding name for them. “Polar Vortex” is getting a little old at this point.
Next we will have the even more ominous sounding BI-POLAR vortex. That will really send chills up your spine.
Polar vortex is not weather channel hysteria. It’s the correct meteorological term for the vortex that exists over the poles.
