Well, since we’re talking taxpayer funding, why not simply duct tape together a huge ring of dollar bills in orbit around the planet to block the sun’s rays.. I propose using $100 bills for added safety. I’ll be glad to begin construction on this vital project just as soon as I receive the ‘materials’.
