Census or Jury Duty Questionnaire when they ask for “Race”
I always choose “Other” and write in “Human”

Are you my long-lost twin? On mine, for "Race", I write "Yes" and then write in "4x100 meter".

When the census worker asked me about it, I just said that I figured the answer wasn't applicable to counting citizens, and then escorted her off my property.

How about the forms that ask for ‘SEX”. I always have fun with that.....

I use a few different answers such as “As often as I can get it”.
