There is no doubt that charges are being pursued. The fact that Ohr, Page, Strzok, and others are still on the rolls indicates that they are cooperating with the investigators. Comey, McCabe, and Yates have been fired. Others have retired or quit.

And while all of this is going on, Mueller's investigation continues. He may have something big to release to counter what Huber is working on. Mueller will defend the FBI and DOJ using whatever means available. His conflicts of interest along with his partisan team are manifest.

The Comey book comes out this month. By regulation, the book had to be cleared by the FBI. The IG must know what is in it along with Sessions and Rosenstein. It will be interesting to see how the timing of the release of the IG report coincides with the Comey book roll out.
