The military would probably balk at taking funds from DOD to build the wall. Trump always has the option of using consular fees or taxing remittances ($26 billion a year) that Mexicans in the US send back to Mexico.
Happy Easter Alas Babylon...
I'm beginning to think that there may be a gray area in the CR spending bills that the obama/jarrett regime took full advantage of for eight years that we may or may not be aware of in the Trump administration. We should recall that the obama/jarrett regime alwasy assummed that they were above the law anyway and they figured out that if they ever got caguth doing something illegal they would say sorry and than create an EO to go around it.THey made that a way of life.
IF its there, hard and fast rules for CR spending, chances are good Trump knows about it and could be why he signed on to the huge spending bill so quickly.
My guess is that he has some options as to whether or not to even spend the money and than other options on how and where to spend it but I can't prove either guess.
Either way 1.3 trillion is a huge money pot that historically under dem rule would have been used against us.We have to figure that won't happen under Donald Trump so it has to be seen as a huge plus.
YOur post will gain all kinds of momentum!!
