I’ve been critical about the apology, but I put much of the blame on spineless, virtue-signaling sponsors and Fox execs.
Sorry, but only she controls her vocal cords and fingers. I’d give up the show before allowing Fox to force an apology to this little prick. It is extortion and now that they know they can win, it will never stop.
I agree, I doubt Laura Ingraham would have apologized without being forced to by Fox News exec’s.
It’s Fox. It’s all on Fox. Laura has a strict contract. Fox should have their sponsors nut up and believe in the first amendment.
On a bleeping Opinion Show, the sponsors should inform their pearl clutching twitter readers that “We advertise on many shows regardless of politics. We don’t necessarily agree with everything said on any show but we defend as an American corporation their right to say it. Please continue to enjoy our Widgets, because we focus on making the best widgets in the country, and don’t have time to listen to every word out of every tv show.”
FOX is now dead to me.
