Ingraham’s right. Just because David Hogg is low-class doesn't mean the rest of us have to be.

The most successful President in my lifetime seems to do quite well with a "low-class" approach to dealing with enemies. He's got Kim Jong Un now agreeing to shut down his nuclear weapons program.

I guess "fat little rocket man" name calling tactic works pretty well.
