The grapevine sez he’s not a Floridian. That he’s a ringer from CA, and he’s 20+ years old. His ubiquitous nazi salute iced it for me. Wherever he’s from, he can repent or go to blazes.

Perhaps because if he really is from California he’d have to pay non resident rates, which would make sense why he’d apply to 4 California colleges since he’d get the residency discount.
