Laying the ground work for McCabe, Comey, etc.
Can’t say it’s political if some guy in the mid-West is indicted. Might be sending a message to those FBI agents in D.C. who have been offered a deal for cooperation.

A two-page felony information document is EXTREMELY short. It takes almost a full page just to get the heading of an indictment and a statement of the alleged crime committed.
This can only mean a plea agreement has been reached.
