Can't repeal a right. The 2A tells government what it cannot do with regards to a God given right. We have the right to keep and bear despite what the 2A says.
I’m not saying we lose the right, just that there is a process to remove the verbiage officially protecting it.
If they’re going to repeal the 2ndA, they may as well get on with it - and then, in the extremely unlikely case of it happening, they’ll discover the hard way that we still have that right.
