Thirty eight states needed for repeal.I have trouble identifying even 11 that would vote to do so.Of course we could first amend the Constitution to read that the only thing required to amend it is a majority vote by the House and/or Senate.Once *that* amendment is passed then the 2nd Amendment would be repealed the next time the Rats controlled both Houses of Congress.

And then, once 38 states vote for repeal of a right which most of them recognize, we just have to get thru the ensuing civil war.
