Since we’re being told the entire country is starving, how is it there is any garbage fit to eat? Servants of the elite will have already scavenged their over loards’ garbage.

Ya know, I was wondering the exact same thing. You would think the chefs and waiters would take home the food left on the plates at restaurants, too.
